Our client, a leader in custom signage is looking for a Director of Digital Signage Networks to join the team.

Job Information:

In the Digital Networks division, their digital advertising products include residential screens, office elevator screens, products in urban pathway environments such as the PATH, and other place-based environments such as airport and transit stations. The Digital Networks team is the engine that drives inventory growth in the division, oversees the financial and operational performance, and works with internal teams to innovate the products, including non-ad content. It’s a dynamic, fast-paced department that is responsible for securing new digital advertising screen locations. This team is skilled in the art of selecting high-value real estate locations, proposing the appropriate digital advertising products to be built, negotiating the required property license agreements, and providing exceptional customer service to our property partners. This position reports to the VP Commercial and Residential Development from their head office in Mississauga, Ontario.

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for the day-to-day management of digital network inventory across Canada, and its performance – both operationally and financially

· Work with the VP to build strategy and grow the digital network inventory and implement any new programs or content to enhance existing products

· Identify opportunities for new networks

· Champion the product and its innovation by working collaboratively with the technology and content team.

· Ensure networks are serving property clients as an amenity.

· Identify and submit new CMS product requests when updates/changes are recognized at the property level

· Identify business growth opportunities through ongoing meetings and presentations to real estate companies state companies

· Manage new and existing clients with focus on customer service

· Successfully negotiate contract terms and conditions

· Track new projects and communicate with clients regarding status, scheduling and timetable

· Liaise with operations department pertaining to new installations and maintenance

· Communicate and brief sales teams on new installations and inventory changes

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

· University or college degree or related work experience

· Bilingual (anglais/français) is required

· Demonstrated negotiation skills

· Demonstrated ability to develop strategy

· Experience dealing with clients/customers

· A team player first, with the ability to work independently

· Ability and willingness to become proficient with internal software programs

· Proficient computer skills within the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.

· Strong work ethic and the ability to complete and prioritize multiple tasks under time sensitive deadlines

· Knowledge of accounting principles

· Exceptional oral and written communications skills

· Travel within Canada on a monthly basis is a requirement

· Established relationships/contacts with commercial or residential real estate groups would be considered an asset

· Experience working in digital signage industry would be considered an asset

· Experience working in advertising industry would be considered an asset
