Executive Assistant to the General Manager

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Executive Assistant to assist our General Manager in his administrative and operational duties. The ideal candidate will be recognized for his/her initiative, impeccable organization and ability to manage varied responsibilities effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Managing Director’s complex diary, planning and coordinating appointments and travel.
  • Prepare and organize DG meetings, including necessary documentation and action follow-up.
  • Ensure smooth and effective communication between the GM, members of the management team, departments and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and edit presentations, reports and correspondence for management and external parties.
  • Conduct research, gather information and prepare reports to support the GM’s strategic decisions.
  • Supervise administrative tasks and special projects assigned by the GM, ensuring deadlines and priorities are met.

Requirements:

  • University degree or college diploma in business administration, executive secretarial or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years’ relevant experience as an executive assistant, preferably with a senior executive.
  • Advanced mastery of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to work independently and handle urgent situations calmly and professionally.
  • Strong ability to take initiative and solve problems proactively.
  • High sense of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
