Controller

 The person occupying the position of controller will be the reference for the organization with regard to cash outflows, investments, profitability, projects profitability, projects, etc. The controller will support the managers of each department with their teams in collaboration with an accounting clerk, the candidate will be responsible for candidate will have the following responsibilities :

  • Realization of Financial Statements
  • Final analysis of financial statements and explanation of variances to the stakeholders;
  • Preparation, analysis and monitoring of budgets;
  • Cash management;
  • Communications with creditors and external players related to finance related to finance;
  • Analysis and maintenance of cost price system;
  • Profitability analysis of all kinds (e.g.: additional discounts consolidation of shipments, efficiency improvement projects, process changes process change, plant investment, adjustment to new realities, etc);
  • Support to the administration team in their daily tasks;
  • Search and apply for various subsidies;
  • Support in group and commercial insurance commercial insurance;
  • Participation in annual audits;
  • Administrative management of human resources (group insurance general management of conditions; vacations, salaries, etc. with the managers departmental directors);
  • Negotiate and maintain collective agreement rules in collaboration with the union’s internal representative;
  • Financial planning of plant and office manpower requirements in collaboration with the relevant department managers;
  • Preparation and presentation of financial results to the monthly committee;
  • Participation in the weekly management committee with the of the management committee;
  • Establishment, maintenance of KPIs;
  • Communication of the organization’s legal matters (notaries, lawyers, tax specialists, etc).

 

Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in a management position;
  •  Fluency with ERP or IT systems 
  •  Versatility and adaptability in the face of a constantly changing constantly changing environment;
  • Entrepreneurial spirit;
  • Easy assimilation of information;
  • Strong planning and analytical skills;
  • Rigorous and performance-driven;
  • Good listening skills and the ability to express oneself clearly;
  • Ability to communicate in English;
