Payroll Coordinator

 Our client based in Victoriaville is looking for a Payroll Coordinator to join its accounting team.

A fast-growing company that in recent years has set itself apart from the competition by its avant-gardism and proactivity in adapting to a constantly changing market.

Your responsibilities:

Generate records of employment and year-end documents; Serve as a reference for payroll, CNESST and benefits issues with various departments;

Manage staff, including a payroll technician; Ensure compliance with pay equity; Manage CNESST feedback files;

Manage group insurance and group RRSP files; Oversee internal benefits programs;

Optimize use of payroll platform Contribute to projects aimed at improving the employee'experience; Ensure compliant production of required management reports;

Guarantee compliance with company policies.


Have a DEC or BAC in a relevant discipline ● Have 5 years'experience in payroll production

 ● Be open to learning new software; ● Be recognized for professionalism and discretion;
