Corporate Office Administrator

Our client, a leader in concrete and mesh solutions, is seeking a talented Regional Sales Manager to join their dynamic team. This remote position involves significant travel across Canada, focusing on market development and sales for Ontario and Western Canada.

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving market development and sales for all products across Ontario and Western Canada. The successful candidate will be tasked with achieving and surpassing the company's sales and profitability objectives while ensuring the company's prominence in the market. Additionally, the role involves co-developing the strategic sales plan and expanding the product line.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution:
  • Establish, communicate, and ensure the execution of the strategic sales and corporate development plan in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Actively work to maintain and increase sales in Ontario and Western Provinces in line with the strategic plan, achieving a high level of customer satisfaction for all products.

Sales Leadership:

  • Lead all sales activities related to construction and mining products, ensuring rapid growth in this business line.
  • Collaborate with the production team to adapt to new production targets.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Assess the needs of existing and potential customers to offer appropriate products and develop new business opportunities.
  • Support the sales team in preparing quotations and estimates.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Cooperate with the National Sales Manager to exceed targets across all areas of operation.
  • Work with the Eastern sales team on national projects and clients.
  • Maintain excellent communication with research, development, and quality teams.

Client Engagement:

  • Organize, plan, and deliver presentations to clients.
  • Visit clients and construction sites, referring them to our distributors as needed.
  • Represent the company at various industry associations and events.

Reporting & Meetings:

  • Participate in sales meetings.
  • Prepare and submit weekly sales reports.


  • Proven experience in sales, particularly within the construction and mining sectors.
  • Strong strategic planning and execution skills.
  • Excellent customer relationship management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with significant travel requirements.
  • Proficiency in preparing quotations and estimates.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
