Electrostatic painter

Under the supervision of the paint shop supervisor, the industrial painter will be required to perform painting tasks on the production line and off-line, on a rotating basis rotation.

Your responsibilities

–         Apply powder paint by electrostatic process electrostatically;

–        Maintain the powder gun and make sure the that the powder box is always full;

–         Ensure that parts comply with customer requirements and quality standards defined by the customer;

–         Respect safety rules and keep the environment and environment and equipment clean and in good repair;

–        Diagnose and solve application problems, treatment and baking problems (off-line painter);

–         Prepare part surfaces for paint application and apply paint and do masking as needed (off-line painter);

–        Perform any other related tasks.

Profile

Required education + experience required

–      DEP in metal finishing, industrial painting or equivalent, or work experience;

–      Possess 2 years of job-related experience.

Contractual information

Qualifications required

–     Possess good manual dexterity;

–     Be able to work with minimal supervision;

–     Be able to lift loads of up to maximum of 45lbs;

–     Be able to express yourself in French and English;

–     Have the ability to adapt easily to various situations;

–     Possess a positive attitude;

–     Have good communication skills and the facility to teamwork
