Our client, the Canadian leader in the acquisition, distribution and services of CNC machines and equipment is looking for a talented Parts & Customer Service Coordinator to join their team.
- The ideal candidate has past Customer service in the manufacturing industry, preferably with CNC equipment.
- This position requires a lot of attention to details as many parts are similar to others but have different specifications. The ideal person works fast and is extremely well organized.
- The ideal candidate can work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Ideally the candidates has worked with some of the key brands they represent: Zeiss, Fanuc, Matsuura, Breton, Takumi etc,
The person will be responsible for:
- Receiving parts request from the customers and field service engineers
- Quoting the parts to the customers
- Buying / requesting price and delivery from our suppliers / machine’s manufacturers around the world
- Invoicing the customers
- Parts inventory control (we are using Sage300)
- Putting parts received from our suppliers in our stock
- All paperwork for parts shipment
- Parts inventory
- Bilingualism (French/English) is a strong asset.
