Join our client, a leading force in the robotics industry, as they seek an Automation/Control/Robotics Trainer to bolster their team.

As a seasoned expert in training, you’ll play a vital role in our Customer Service division. In addition to your training responsibilities, you’ll be on standby for field service repairs during customer emergencies or when training sessions are not scheduled.

Your primary mission will be to conduct top-tier Robotic/Automation Training Seminars. These sessions will cover programming, servicing, and safety protocols for Robotics machinery and equipment. Expect to lead engaging lectures, facilitate discussions, administer exams, and continually enhance training materials. You’ll have the autonomy to shape the delivery of training and refine existing courses.

You’ll also contribute to the development of new training programs aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and driving organizational growth. Mentorship of fellow training instructors and active participation in field service duties, including weekend rotations, will be part of your dynamic role.

Key Responsibilities:

· Deliver standardized and customized training seminars, ensuring clear communication of safety guidelines.

· Adapt training content based on customer needs and feedback, proposing enhancements as necessary.

· Evaluate trainee progress, provide ongoing recommendations, and stay updated on industry trends through meetings and seminars.

· Collaborate with Technical Support and Engineering teams to ensure comprehensive understanding of product
functionality.

· Work closely with the Customer Service Manager to identify training needs and foster continuous improvement.

· Maintain training records and equipment, and provide support for on-site training sessions and field service operations.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience as a robotics technician with expertise in programming and safety integration.

· Proficiency in programming languages such as KRL, VisualBasic, C+, C’, and PLC (Siemens and Rockwell).

· Strong grasp of electrical theory, circuitry, and mechanical systems.

· Ability to interpret technical documentation and perform mechanical teardowns.

· Proficiency in MS Office tools and presentation software.

· Prior experience in instruction delivery and public speaking preferred.

· Excellent communication and customer relations skills.

· A commitment to promoting safety in all operations.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of three years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
