Join our esteemed client, a frontrunner in the B2B paint industry, in their pursuit of excellence as they seek a seasoned Senior Account Manager (MRO) to bolster their industrial division. As part of this dynamic team, you’ll be pivotal in nurturing relationships with key national industrial accounts.

Primary Objectives:
As a Senior Account Manager, your success will be measured by your ability to cultivate robust ties with National MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) accounts, achieving ambitious sales and profitability targets outlined by sales management.

Key Responsibilities:
· Exceed Assigned Revenue/Sales Plan/Annual Goals.
· Foster strong partnerships with distributors within the designated territory.
· Provide dedicated support to direct distribution national accounts across Canada.
· Effectively administer distributor programs and rebates.
· Collaborate with distributor partners to establish sales GTO (Goals, Targets, and Objectives).
· Conduct product and opportunity training sessions for distributor representatives.
· Engage in end-user sales calls with Distributor representatives to advocate Rust-Oleum products.
· Conduct comprehensive business reviews in alignment with GTO.
· Formulate marketing campaigns/promotions to bolster sales initiatives.
· Assist in North American Trade shows to bolster support for national distributors.
· Deliver monthly reports to Management.
· Monitor customer preferences to inform sales strategies.
· Cultivate enduring relationships with Key National Partners.
· Demonstrate expertise in product knowledge and distribution channels.
· Coordinate Sales initiatives to expand Market Share.

Qualifications:
· Minimum of 5 years of Sales and Sales Management experience within the MRO Industry.
· At least 3 years of selling experience with major customers/outlets.
· Familiarity with the Coatings industry (with an industrial focus), including forecasting, marketing programs, policies, and procedures is advantageous.
· Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
· Strong leadership and team management aptitude.
· Demonstrated ability to work autonomously.
· Result-oriented with a keen focus on customer satisfaction, reliability, adaptability, positivity, and diligence.
· Proficient in presentation and facilitation.
· Excellent organizational skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
· Must thrive as a team player, adept at handling daily challenges and adversity.
· Possession of a valid G Class Driver’s license, Valid Passport, and Visa is essential for local and North American travel.
