We are looking for a structured, meticulous, and collaborative individual to fill a key position within our team in Warwick.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire procurement process, from price requests to purchase order tracking;
- Search for new potential suppliers and evaluate the competitiveness of received offers;
- Negotiate purchasing conditions and perform cost analyses to optimize procurement decisions;
- Ensure rigorous inventory tracking to maintain adequate levels to support production;
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with supplier partners;
- Evaluate supplier performance and intervene in case of issues;
- Work closely with internal departments (production, quality, finance) to coordinate needs;
- Keep procurement data up to date in the ERP system;
- Actively participate in the continuous improvement of purchasing processes and inventory management.
Profile:
- College or university education in a relevant discipline;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a manufacturing environment;
- Mastery of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel;
- Knowledge of an ERP system (ideally Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC) is a significant asset;
- Functional bilingualism in French and English, both spoken and written.

Contractual Information:
- Permanent full-time position – 40 hours per week;
