Maxime Roussel

Associate - Quebec
Graduated from Laval University in Industrial Relations, Maxime has been working in the field of human resources and recruitment for nearly 20 years. He has served as an HR advisor and director and is currently a partner at Optalent and Optitest. In 2013, he acquired Optitest, a firm specializing in skills and technical competence assessment. In response to client demand, he founded Optalent in 2015 to help companies recruit the best talent in various fields of expertise. Supporting business development and recruitment, his philosophy is based on respect and integrity, two values that allow him to build strong and trustworthy business relationships with his partner clients.

Philippe Mercure

Associate - Ontario
Philippe is associate of OptiTest & OpTalent and is more particularly responsible for the operations of the province of Ontario. Holder of a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration as well as Industrial Relations, Philippe develops with his clients unique and different human solutions that bring positive results on the operational productivity of companies. Elie Lecaplain

Business Development Manager - Quebec- Ontario
Holder of a BBA in Business Administration and a Master’s in Finance, Elie joined the Optalent team in June 2023 as the Business Development Manager, focusing on creating new long-term strategic partnerships. With over 12 years of combined experience in management, finance, and recruitment, he is a major asset for Optalent in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing strong client relationships, and effectively promoting our services. With his straightforward and honest approach, business acumen, and undeniable personal qualities, he perfectly embodies the values ​​promoted by the company and becomes a strategic partner of choice for his collaborating clients.

Anick Desjardins

Senior Account Manager - Quebec
Anick holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial relations from Laval University. With over 15 years of experience, she has held positions as a human resources advisor and director in various industries. These diverse experiences, both in unionized environments and in the private sector, within small and large companies, now give her the perspective needed to precisely define her clients’ recruitment needs. Esteemed by all, she is an important strategic partner for clients seeking the best practices in talent recruitment.

Philippe Bégin

Account Manager - Quebec
It was after completing his studies in industrial mechanics that Philippe made a career change towards the field of graphic arts and digital technologies. He then began his career as a graphic designer and animator for production houses and video game development companies. In 2003 he founded with two partners Frima Studio, a company specializing in digital entertainment. For 15 years, he held several positions as Vice-President, including that of Vice-President, Human Resources. It was in February 2019 that Philippe joined the Optalent team as an account manager.

Daniel Fantridakis

Recruitment specialist - Ontario
Daniel is a Recruitment Specialist at Optalent for the Ontario division since 2020. He holds an Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management with over 6 years of experience comprised of Recruitment, Payroll and Administration. He believes employees are a key driver for a business’s success, and therefore talent acquisition should be taken seriously. When he is not recruiting, he is most likely playing guitar, or cooking.

Sarah Molloy

Recruitment specialist -Ontario
Sarah is a Recruitment Specialist at Optalent for the Ontario Division. She holds a Certified Human Resources Professional Designation and a Bachelors Degree in Commerce. Sarah joined the Optalent team in September 2021 after spending time in the rental industry as a Business Analyst. She has always enjoyed helping others ;and so, she decided to pursue a career in recruiting. She believes a valid and reliable recruiting process is critical for the long-term success of an organization. In her free time Sarah enjoys playing soccer and spending time with her friends and family.

Nicolas Mroz

Nicolas brings a solid combined experience of 10 years in recruitment and in the retail sector to his role as director, where he will play a key role in business development, team management, and internal recruitment. Passionate about recruitment and discovering exceptional talent, he sees the recruitment process as an opportunity to highlight the best in everyone. Katerine holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources and over 10 years of recruitment experience. Having worked for several consulting firms, she specializes in IT and accounting. She is known for her humane and efficient approach and is always ready to take on new challenges. Having had the opportunity to work in various environments, she understands the challenges faced by both SMEs and large corporations. In her free time, you will most likely find her running in the beautiful trails of Quebec’s mountains with a smile on her face!
