Senior Project Manager

Under the direction of the Realization and Projects Manager, the Senior Project Manager oversees the entirety of the projects, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality standards. They supervise teams, coordinate subcontractors and clients, and ensure project profitability. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously is expected, with a strong focus on task and goal tracking.

Main Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate projects, from execution to invoicing;
• Lead follow-up meetings with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams;
• Ensure quality, cost, and timeline objectives are met;
• Manage changes and anticipate necessary adjustments;
• Monitor daily work progress and budget;
• Optimize processes and manage resources effectively.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering, with membership in a professional order;
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Quebec;
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and Outlook;
• Excellent communication skills in French; English is an asset.
