Production Foreman

Production management
  • Ensure a clean, safe and compliant work environment;

Human Resources Management – Production Sector
  • Provide support, coaching and ongoing training to employees and team leaders;

  • Accompany team leaders in the exercise of their responsibilities and strengthen their leadership ;

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and embody organizational values;

  • Manage staff schedules, absences, vacations and vacations ;

  • Identify training and professional development needs;

  • Ensure fair and progressive disciplinary supervision when necessary;

  • Guarantee a sufficient, competent workforce adapted to production needs;

  • Evaluate performance, motivate employees and ensure they function well within the team;

  • Monitor compliance with quality and productivity standards in the execution of tasks.

Continuous improvement
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the team’s efficiency;

  • Analyze the causes of performance gaps and propose concrete solutions ;

  • Participate actively in problem-solving approaches;

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of working methods and the optimization of manufacturing processes.

  • Contractual information

    –     DEC in mechanical engineering engineering or DEC in industrial engineering, or other relevant training or experience relevant;

    –     3 – 5 years of manufacturing experience in a manufacturing environment in the field of metal product metal products;

    –    A minimum of 3 years experience in team experience in managing work teams.
