Sales Director, Province of Quebec

The ideal candidate would be someone from an accounting firm looking to transition into the corporate world. Under the supervision of a Financial Director, you will play a key role in the company’s financial management. You will be responsible for developing, analyzing, and implementing financial strategies to support the company’s growth and ensure compliance with accounting and tax standards.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales development strategies;
• Maintain an active presence with clients by frequently traveling within the territory;
• Build customer loyalty and seek new business opportunities;
• Analyze market trends and recommend appropriate actions;
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to optimize customer service;
• Prepare and negotiate commercial offers tailored to specific client needs;
• Represent the company at professional events and enhance its brand image.

Profile:

• 5+ years of experience in sales management or business development;
• Knowledge of the manufacturing sector;
• Proven aptitude for negotiation and managing business relationships;
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively;
• Bilingual (French and English) required;
• Knowledge of office tools and customer relationship management software;
• Valid driver’s license and availability for frequent travel.
