Real Estate Manager / Real Estate Management Assistant
We are looking for a rigorous, organized, and customer-service-oriented professional to play a key role in the daily management of our real estate portfolio. If you have a strong sense of priorities, a team spirit, and a passion for real estate, this opportunity is for you.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain up-to-date records of housing data (availability, occupancy, history, etc.).
- Prepare and send communications to tenants (notices, reminders, rent increases, etc.).
- Manage all lease documentation (signing, renewal, termination).
- Coordinate maintenance requests with the technical team or subcontractors for efficient intervention.
- Participate in training new employees and leasing agents.
- Handle tenant service calls and follow up as needed.
- Welcome future residents, conduct housing tours, and manage related administrative procedures.
- Ensure the proper functioning of technological security equipment (camera systems, access controls, etc.).
- Draft official or informal correspondence for residents.
- Act as a liaison between various stakeholders: tenants, suppliers, technicians, etc.
- Use necessary digital tools for effective property management (HOPEM, DocuSign, Excel, etc.).
Profile:
- Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role in property management.
- Perfect fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and specialized software.
- Asset: Familiarity with platforms such as Hopem, Expedibox, Dormakaba, Canva.
Technical Skills:
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial tracking tools.
- Ability to efficiently use an ERP or a property management system.
- Mastery of communication and writing tools.

Contractual Information:
- Permanent full-time position with a hybrid work mode.
- Daytime schedule, Monday to Friday.
- Presence required on major moving days (May to September), with overtime compensation.
