We are looking for a qualified Maintenance Supervisor to join our client's team.Responsibilities:Effectively manage all plant equipment, including refrigeration systems, industrial oven, and automated production lines.Organize and follow the maintenance schedule using INTERAL for all process equipment.Ensure that all process equipment is functional and free from sources of contamination.Make improvements to manufacturing facilities, including building materials.Manage spare parts and other P/L connections.Solve problems related to the adjustment, repair and maintenance of process equipment in all departments.Supervise plant sanitation, including internal and external housekeeping.Follow checkpoints outlined in the preventive maintenance program for equipment.In collaboration with the HACCP-SQF coordinator, follow the daily maintenance program to ensure that all machines are operational and free of contamination.Ensure product quality and safety as per regulatory requirements during maintenance tasks.Document each equipment check.Verify fire equipment safety and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Develop and implement new Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) software.Ensure the start-up of equipment each morning, including the Brochette, Meat Cutting, Cooking and Packaging departments.Apply the lockout program and train supervisors and team leaders on the floor.Take initiative and demonstrate good conduct.Order missing or defective parts for plant equipment and manage their return.Participate in special projects.Replace key personnel as needed.ProfileSkills and aptitudes:Bachelor’s degree or DEC in Industrial Engineering or DEP in electromechanics.Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.Minimum 2 years’ experience in the food industry.Bilingual (French, English).No allergic reactions or food restrictions.Knowledge of HACCP standards and hygiene policies.Knowledge of Microsoft (Word, Excel and Outlook).Own a vehicle.Contractual informationCharacteristics:Good communication skills.Energetic, outgoing.Ability to work in a team or alone.Organized, attention to detail.Professional.
