Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the company’s manufacturing activities. This role involves managing multiple teams, setting and achieving production goals, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and health, safety, and environmental standards. The position requires a balance between administrative duties and hands-on operational oversight, while collaborating with departments such as engineering, continuous improvement, and human resources.

Main Responsibilities:

• Actively supervise production teams and manage daily operational activities.
• Implement and enforce company standards and policies related to quality, production, and health & safety.
• Assign tasks, monitor execution, and perform daily supervision rounds (CVP).
• Lead and participate in shift handovers and production review meetings.
• Participate in the master production planning process, and address variances between production and sales forecasts.
• Collaborate on continuous improvement projects with various departments.
• Manage employee schedules and attendance using Kronos, and approve leave requests.
• Coach, evaluate, and develop employees under your supervision, including team leaders.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of work areas according to 5S standards.
• Comply with legal and company requirements for health and safety and participate in incident investigations when necessary.
• Carry out administrative tasks such as emails, meetings, and reporting.
• Meet efficiency and productivity goals, and implement tools and measures to optimize workforce and equipment usage.
• Perform any other related duties assigned by management.
