We're looking for a price and cost analyst for a food processing company in the Lévis area.Reporting to the production financial information manager, you'll be a key player in production efficiency.You'll have to collaborate with production people to be able to fully understand the data provided to you in order to make the most comprehensive analysis.Your responsibilities: 

• Consolidate and compare actual production performance data with budgeted data.
• Gather relevant data related to key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Analyze production data to ensure opportunities for improvement and better understand trends and variances.
• Develop reports and dashboards to present findings from data analysis.
• Identify quality and performance issues and suggest solutions to resolve them.
• Collaborate with production teams to implement recommended solutions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of processes and procedures.
• Contribute to inventory tracking.
• Participate in the development of strategies to reduce waste.
• Contribute to the implementation of recommendations and action plans to correct performance gaps.
• Provide analytical, forecasting and reporting support to the Production Information Coordinator.
• Collaborate in the annual and quarterly budgeting and forecasting process, as well as the production planning process.
• Contribute to the customer rating process (field tests, performance, speed, alignment).

Profile

–         DEC or Bachelor’s degree in business administration.

–        Between two (2) and three (3) years’ experience in a similar position.

–        Strong data analysis skills data analysis.

–         Ability to work as part of a team and in a team environment to work in a team and in a constantly evolving environment

–        In-depth knowledge of data analysis tools of data analysis tools, databases and presentation software presentation software. ( Poer BI, Excel)
