Sales and Territory Manager

Our client is looking for a Sales Manager to oversee its team of Account Managers.

Our client is based in the Boisbriand- St-eustache area.The Sales Manager will have to manage your territory and supervise the sales team as well as support staff to meet and exceed set growth targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships and stay in touch with existing customers.
  • Develop new strategies to attract and acquire new customers.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with suppliers and manufacturing agents.
  • Influence and lead technical specifications during consultations.
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Assume responsibility for all aspects of territory management, sales and after-sales service.
  • Stay abreast of market trends and developments.
ProfileWe’re looking for a manager who has demonstrated positive, participative leadership through experience, while being an excellent communicator.- At least 5 years'experience in sales and in managing a sales team – Knowledge of the B2B construction industry;- Ability to follow a budget and analyze sales figures;- Demonstrated ability to develop sales strategies ;- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel;- Functional English, both spoken and written;Contractual informationFull-time, permanent position
