**Position Overview:** This position offers the opportunity to have a leadership role in HR. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes within the business. The candidate will partner with management in the areas of talent development, talent acquisition, employee engagement, employee relations, payroll and benefits, reward and recognition, and succession planning. Additionally, the candidate will collaborate with the management team to advance the business objectives through HR leadership. Profil **Key Job Responsibilities:** – Partner with the management team to implement change management and HR solutions in support of business strategies and initiatives. – Build and maintain strong employee relations with colleagues through robust communication and collaboration initiatives. – Develop, revise, implement, and administer human resource programs, policies, practices, and procedures that improve business performance and ensure compliance, consistency, and equity. – Collaborate with managers to create and implement employee development programs to grow the organization’s talent. – Oversee recruitment processes from job posting to onboarding, ensuring alignment with staffing needs and company goals. – Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to integrate new hires into the manufacturing environment seamlessly. – Process payroll and administer all benefits and pension plans. – Handle employee relation issues and confidential matters, conduct investigations, and provide appropriate resolutions. – Collaborate with employees and management to drive a safety culture. – Provide guidance and support to employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs. – Identify, design, and implement training and organizational development initiatives that strengthen the effectiveness of staff, leadership, and organizational performance. – Ensure compliance with various legal requirements relating to employment law, health and safety, and insurance, as well as policies and procedures. Handle any legal matters that may arise. – Coach managers in employment-related issues, including human resource planning, performance management, and discipline. – Support career development initiatives to promote employee growth and retention. – Drive HR initiatives and projects to improve efficiency, employee engagement, and business performance. **Position Requirements:** – Undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field. – SHRM Certified. – Proven experience as an HR manager in a manufacturing environment or similar industry. – Demonstrated change management capabilities and experience. – Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships with management and employees.
