Job Duties and Responsibilities (include but not limited to): Contribute to the resolution of system and equipment breakdowns and general maintenance tasks such as troubleshooting and equipment modification. Troubleshoot process and production issues to facilitate repairs. Complete documentation related to preventative maintenance, repairs, safety, inventory, and process/procedures. Perform maintenance and repair of production line equipment. Utilize welding, fabrication, pneumatics, and hydraulic skills for equipment repair. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and programs (GMP, Quality, Food Safety, Health & Safety, etc.) at all times. Perform other related duties as assigned.
