Schedule: Rotating Shifts Weekly: Day Shift: 8am-4pm Afternoon Shift: 4pm-12am Night Shift: 12am-8am This role offers benefits, profit sharing, and pension benefits within a unionized environment. Profil Primary Responsibilities: The selected candidate will primarily focus on ensuring the reliability and optimal performance of machinery, equipment, and systems. Duties include troubleshooting, repairing, cleaning, preparing, adjusting, programming, and conducting preventative maintenance on mechanical and electrical components. Additionally, responsibilities extend to part supply, operator training, reporting, maintaining cleanliness, and operating machinery and loaders. Informations contractuelles Required Qualifications: Certified Millwright Membership with the Canadian Welding Board (CWB) is advantageous Technical or College Diploma in Industrial Mechanics Strong emphasis on safety Proficiency in reading electrical ladder diagrams (preferred) Exceptional problem-solving abilities Strong teamwork skills Demonstrated expertise in industrial mechanics (hydraulic and pneumatic systems) and welding Ability to read, count, and write proficiently Familiarity with PLC, logic, sensors, and other electronic devices is highly beneficial.
